A Song for Comet555!
Moya droga yachi koham means that I love you so… It’s Bobby Vinton’s “My Melody of Love” that you were thinking of. And I found it on YouTube!:

That’s Polish, you know.
@Ricardo98 - Yeah. I know… Comet555 mentioned this song in a comment on my last post.
@comet555 - I had the same reaction, for the same reason (even though we aren’t Polish… My grandma was from Hungary, but she “loved him anyway.” LOL!) As soon as I saw your comment, I thought, “I know what she means…” and then searched. So glad I found it. Did you know he has a club in Branson, MO? I am tempted to plan a little trip and go see him… and Tony Orlando has a club there, too; I wouldn’t mind seeing him perform either!
Oh my gosh, thank you. I know it’s not a sad song (well not the music) but it made me cry. So reminds me of my grandmother. Thanks for posting this.
Growing up, my parents used to listen to him! His voice is beautiful!
I remember he had a lot of sad songs…but, this one is peppy and sweet!
HUGS!
@AdamsWomanFell - I can’t believe his voice it still the SAME!
Yeah, he’s got a bunch of sad songs… this one is sort of sad too, word-wise… but it’s more polka than ballad, so it’s fun.
I never used to miss his show in the early seventies.
@ZSA_MD -
He’s still awesome. Nice to see you. Hope you’re having a good night!
You’ve got Bobby on the brain. Is he still alive?
@DivaJyoti - yes, maam! (Pls see my comment above to @AdamsWomanFell )
I am so old. I use dto snuggle up to my boyfriend and dance slow dances with him to this song:)
@Grannys_Place - awww! That’s so cool!
